Customer Service and Order Fulfillment Options

To ensure we meet our customers’ needs efficiently and professionally, KingjetUSA offers the following service options:

1) Store Pickup 

Available at our Houston and Dallas locations.

2) Shipping 

i) Supplies and Parts:
We partner with FedEx and UPS for reliable shipping services. Customers may also provide USPS labels if preferred. We offer multiple shipping options, including standard, expedited, and same-day shipping for eligible orders placed before 4:00 PM Central Time (CST). Orders received after this time will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

ii) Printers and Equipment:
We work with national freight carriers such as R+L Carriers and Estes for LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) shipments. Orders are typically shipped the next business day after confirmation, and delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Please contact us for detailed information regarding freight arrangements.

3) Delivery 

KingjetUSA offers free local delivery on orders over $1,000 within the Houston and Dallas areas (eligibility subject to confirmation by your sales representative). Orders placed before 2:00 PM may qualify for same-day delivery.

Order Processing Terms

i) Pickup Orders:
Orders are typically prepared within 1–2 hours. Customers will be notified once the order is ready for pickup. Please wait for confirmation from our system or your sales representative before arriving.

ii) Shipments:
Orders received before 4:00 PM (CST) are shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after this cutoff time will be shipped on the next business day.

For printers and equipment, shipment pickup can be scheduled with our freight carriers after payment has been processed. For LTL shipments, pickup requests must be scheduled before 12:00 PM (CST); otherwise, pickup will occur on the following business day.
