Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

General Policy
· All sales of materials, printers, and equipment are final.
· Once ink has been installed in a printer, the item cannot be returned or exchanged.
· Any issues related to printers or equipment must be handled in accordance with the applicable warranty terms and conditions.
Returns Eligibility
· Unopened and undamaged supplies may be eligible for return.
· Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition to qualify.
· Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
· If any material, part, or equipment arrives damaged or defective, please do not open, install, or operate the item.
· Contact us immediately so we can initiate a case and coordinate with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
Important Delivery Inspection Requirements
· Customers are responsible for inspecting all shipments upon delivery before signing the Proof of Delivery (POD).
· In case of visible damage:
o Take clear photos and videos of the packaging and product
o Request a damage report from the delivery driver
Return Shipping
· Customers are responsible for purchasing the return shipping label for eligible returns.
Shipping Responsibility
· KingjetUSA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the package has been handed over to them.
