Technician (Installation & Support)
Location: Houston / Dallas, TX
Type: Full-time
Role Overview
This role requires assisting with the installation, setup, maintenance, and ongoing customer support of printing equipment. The position calls for strong problem-solving skills, a high level of responsibility, attention to detail, and a proactive willingness to learn and develop technical expertise.
Responsibilities
✓ Assist with machine installation and setup
✓ Perform routine checks and basic maintenance
✓ Troubleshoot technical issues with team support
✓ Provide on-site or remote customer assistance
✓ Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams
Preferred Qualifications
✓ Mechanical/technical aptitude and strong attention to detail
✓ Ability to troubleshoot calmly and systematically
✓ Experience with printers/industrial equipment is a plus
Valid driver’s license preferred (if the role includes on-site visits)

Sales Representative
Location: Houston / Dallas, TX
Type: Full-time or Part-time (based on availability)
Role Overview
This role requires expanding the client base, managing and developing customer relationships, proactively following up on inquiries, identifying new sales opportunities, and contributing to consistent revenue growth and overall sales performance.
This role is relationship focused and requires consistency and strong communication.
Responsibilities
✓ Respond to customer inquiries (phone, email, in-person) .
✓ Follow up on leads and requests in a timely manner
✓ Explain products clearly and confidently
✓ Coordinate with the team for quotes, orders, and customer needs
✓ Keep basic customer records organized
✓ Help identify new opportunities to connect with potential customers together with the team
✓ Support the team in growing our customer base and market presence
✓ Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients
Preferred Qualifications
✓Strong communication and people skills
✓Organized, responsible, and consistent
✓Comfortable using phone/email for customer follow-up
✓Sales experience is a plus, but not required
✓ Interested in contributing to the company’s growth and long-term success as part of a team
