Regular costs include inks, films, maintenance supplies, replacement parts, and power consumption. DTF powder, inks, films are ongoing expenses for DTF printing, while sublimation requires special paper and inks.

DTF inks with proper powder application typically last 50+ washes without significant fading. UV inks offer excellent durability, while quality eco-solvent inks can last several years outdoors. Sublimation, when done correctly, becomes part of the fabric and won't fade or crack. Always follow recommended curing temperatures and times for optimal wash fastness.

While our machines can technically use third-party supplies, we recommend using our certified materials to ensure optimal performance and maintain warranty coverage. Third-party supplies may save money initially but can lead to costly repairs and quality issues. We price our supplies competitively considering their tested reliability.
